Dear All,
I would like to draw your attention towards identifying the key attributes that are significant in determining the engagement level of employees.
With above contributions and my research one thing is clear that:
An engaged employee is a satisfied employee, but the reverse is not true!
Now, considering this skill defecit market where identification of right people for the right job is getting challenging day by day, Retention of an engaged employee is MUST.
Thus it is quite imperative for Cos, rather mus,t for raising its bar on engaegement level, or for having an engaged employee on rolls.
Hereby i request my seniors to highlight those specific attributes that accounts for enagement measurement!
