Face Painting - Its a competition were 2 member team can participate. 1 will be a model or his/her face will be painted by the other participant. Judges can identitfy the best painting based on few criterias like colour combination, theme & message etc.
Health Magic: Every week, a health tip (mail) will be sent to all the employees. We will also have Doctor on call. Weekly twice, company doctor will be available in the office premises for few hours. A blood donation camp, Dental Camp, Yoga camp etc., like wise you can hold these activities every month. There are many hospitals who are looking for corporate tie-up. So you can get in touch with any good hospitals for holding these. There are also some volunteers who are connected with some big network of blood donors. So whoever is looking for blood (For emergency and pure CSR), we will circulate the message within the company so that a life is helped or saved.

There are lot of ways to motivate the employees and also it is very important part of a organization to run effectively. First you must made them to trust you. Don't give any false promise.
I will continue later. I am having 30 years of experience in HR, Production, Quality Assurance with very successful career only by this. I am always giving importance to motivate the employee by three ways. Where we are, what we do as in priority, what will be effect will come to our organization. But at the same time, you have to make understand them the benefits of their work will be rewarded only at their yearly increment. But you can make work incentives.
I will deeply explain later. I am not having time.
