SAP as you know is the product of SAP Labs, Germany and it is an ERP package. There is an HR Module to it and that is SAP HR.An HR professional who is keen on handling issues like recruitment, traning, appraisals etc. need not do this course if he is working in a company without SAP.If you are keen on the software side like emplementationof HR System, customise the software to suit the practices of that establishment then there this is a good addition. There are chances for a qualified SAP professionals and many companies are lokking for them. The pay packets are also excellent. Then there are some glithces..like you should have implimentation experience...etc..and the course is a bit expensive..like Rs.250,000 if done in india. You can get more details about the course from SAP Labs Banglaore who organise regular batches.. or Seimens centres....around the country.
I would be happy to get more comments on this issue..
