Hi Rashi,
I fully agree with Johri, don't waste any more time, please don't make the mistake of joining a small organisation after working for a big firm. Mostly in a small firm the main problem is the owner give big talk about making rules like big firm, but they don't want to loose power, hence slowly go back on their word. Another problem is they always listen to the old staff as they feel they are faithful and can rely on them. So before they make you feel useless, look for a change and don't mention the experience of your current firm.
All the best for your future.
Regards
Anita

Dear Rashi,
Update your resume format, You can easily find one on the Internet.
Regarding the Resignation, Well i suggest for the time being keep an active feedback on your appointment letter and do this job as long as you dont find an alternative, Becaus due to the market condition the companies are not really hiring as of now. So i suggest continue the job and when you get an alternative job, give resignation. Try to keep the things Formal and Official.

Warm Greetings,

Dear Rashi if you want to learn and grow than this is the best place.

Because you have a opportunity to implement lot of the things. 1st of all have a meeting with your team and discuss all the problems with them and don't treat them as a junior treat them as a colleague.

Speak with other line managers and work as a team player in the organization. Share your learning with other and appreciate there work.

Ans most important what ever problem you face in a system treat it as a area of improvement and create a policy to improve the system. Discuss all the problem with the top management and tell them how we can solve it and how its going to help us in future, also discuss these issues with the employees also and take there opinion too.

And take it as a challenge and change the system, may be it will take years but with the time you will realize you made a difference.

you are only 24 year old guy this is the perfect age to take big challenges.

All the best to take the challenges trust me after this experience you will never face any problem in life because yo will know and learn the things that people will learn in years!!!!!!!!!1

Hi Rashi - Was in similar situation, but it wasn't that bad. I at least has proper joining formalities etc done. As someone suggested above, continue there for some more time, find a better job outside and then resign. The best time for hunt for the job is when you have one. In the meantime, persuade your boss to give you the joining letter etc..and try to make amends with your current reportees so that they see sense in what you are trying to achieve.

Hi Rashi,
I also suggest you to sustain there till you find another good job. Also, if you win this situation this will definately be a life time experience for you in terms of your learnings and facing challanges and also conflict resolution. Try to play with tactics with both your boss and subordinates. If intranet is there, do communicate with your juniors thru mails keeping in loop the bosses. And ask them to acknowledge the completion of the tasks via reverting thru mails again. And then give verbal instructions. Since they have been working in small company since long, show them some dreams like advantages of being organised and working with policies like big companies are doing. Tell them they will not get any opportunity to work anywhere with a big name unless they have experience of working under the modern practices. Be good to them.

Hi Ms Rashi
This is happens with all small compnies . They dont have any specific policy for their staffs and bosses dont want to impliment any HR activity. HR is a vital part of compny you can say a middle man between Employee and Employer if staff and Boss not well manage, how can they under stand these logics in case you are going to forced any thing new and it is complitely going against their activity they never accept your idea. But you dont gave up your self respect. Dont compermise with your professsion. Regarding your prasent, they have not issue you any appointment letter or you have not signed offer letter legali it will not raise any pronlen if future. If you are going for any interview say fact what ever problem you have with your compny and the work atmosphere there
Ok All the best

I just went through with the your write up, I would like to advise you, that you need not to serve notice period, as you're not a permanent employee of that freaking company, however you should mark your resignation to company Director's via your personal email id, so that if in future you would have a proof in your hand that they have not fired you; it was the one you who choose to move on. Rashmi I'm also enclosing the Resignation format fyr..

Out of sheer grief & displeasure I’m forced to resign. I am resigning effective on the DATE. I will be pursuing other financial opportunities.

Please accept this message as my resignation. It was an enriching cum worst experience to work with. However thank you for giving me the opportunities for my professional and personal development during my stint at Company Name.

I’ve been treated like bonded laborer, forced to oblige our seniors who are in the system for a longer period, Any clerical errors in our work domain are treated with utmost scrutiny .I’ve obviously succumbed to these threats for quite some time now, but things have actually taken a very negative shape over a period of time.

Thank you for showing trust & faith in me & bestowing me the responsibilities that formulate a part of my KRA’s.

The tasks that I’ve fulfilled against my Key Responsibility Areas Are:

1) I’ve abided by all the Codes of Conduct set under the NIFA Guidelines & ensured integrity raining & education for myself & the rest of the unit. I’ve been a team player & worked with utmost dedication & sincerity even during the time of manpower crunch. I’ve always maintained a seamless audit posture.

2) I’ve made sure that all the processes are audit ready throughout my tenure so far. Management of Data & preparation of the given reports within a stipulated timeframe has been one of my key achievements so far.

Apart from these KRA’s I’ve been given several other responsibilities many a times, which I have fulfilled with equal dedication & sincerity. Request you to initiate my full and final settlement.

I hereby convey with my deepest regards for you & the organization!

Thanks & Regards,

Rashmi
