U wish to work in corporate,,, OK
and have 3 yrs exp,,,,,
but first u may need to develop urself to get into corporate,,,,
even im trying trying to get a dream job,,, but not possible till now,
because i have around 2 yrs exp, i hav given my pgdhrm from symbi distance and awaiting final sem results, and hav a gud experience,,,
but u c the market is too concentrated,,, with the most corporates in which companies u wish to go,, may want full time mba from prestigious institutes like IIM ,XLRI, etc,... so u need to have some degree from some prestigious institute,, and as far as HR is concerned everyone is going into HR,, every engineer , doctor, also
Hence u may need to develop ur self and be competitive with ur 3 yr experienced other HR counterparts,,
And Patience ,,, so dont be desperate and post like this,,,

hey prachi u hav got 3 yr exp. still u r so disapointed ,make ur exp. ur strength, i m still pursuing MBA bt positive,u will loose ur heart like that then it will not be possible to have gud carrier , n pls dont underestimate any job ,every job of ur life will teach u something ,n add to ur exp ,dont worry slowly n simanteously u will be at good position bt remain positive , be confident ,work hard n struggle hard.

1. r u in job or jobless.
2. As u quoted u hv 3 yrs exp. of genearlise HR.
3. i hope u r using many webportals, so this suggestions is worthwhile.
i Think............
1. First rewrite ur resume.
2. Dont write irrelevant task on resume. No need to write " Resume" on title. Use caps line as. HR PROFESSIONAL WITH 3 YEARS EXP."

4. Then all oter details.
