Dear Guys,
Please do not proceed further...Its easy to ask/post a question but, difficult to understand the scenario proportional to any organisation. We all can submit our suggestions/views/opinions to help company identifying
1) the areas wherever UNNECESSARY EXPENDITURE can be brought under control - COST CUTTING MEASURES, FUNDS OPTIMIZATION

2) How, various Revenue Generating Units can be fine tuned to enhance REVENUE GENERATION.

3) Identifying new ways for GENERATING REVENUE and much more...

4) How to correlated EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY with ORGANISATIONAL PRODUCTIVITY resulting ENHANCEMENT IN REVENUE GENERATED/PROFITS

A) Lets understand the ROLE OF HR in any ORGANISATION.

B) REVENUE GENERATION & FUNDS OPTIMIZATION - is a part of HR DEPARTMENT? If is then to what extent or it should be TARGET BASED. Without AUTHORITY, very difficult to get things done...ONE OF THE MAJOR REASON FOR ORGANISATIONAL(Management) FAILURE.

C) What is the ROLE of TOP MANAGEMENT in any ORGANISATION? To what extent TOP MANAGEMENT is relying on HR DEPARTMENT, when it comes to REVENUE GENERATION?

D) Did FINANCE DEPARTMENT submitted their report on FUNDS OPTIMIZATION highlighting UNNECESSARY EXPENDITURE @ various levels.

ALL DEPARTMENTS can support REVENUE GENERATION PROCESS but, whats the great deal if the OWNER or SHARE/STAKE HOLDERS are held responsible for the LOSS. There interest matters a lot for the organisational growth......

EMPLOYEES ARE EMPLOYEES ONLY AND NOTHING CAN BE DONE WITHOUT CONSENT OF OWNER OR STAKE/SHARE HOLDERS........

I can give a best example. Kindly study, KHAJA EDUCATION SOCIETY's, GULBARGA - OPERATIONAL STRATEGIES. You will come to know who is held responsible for incurring LOSS. There are N number of organisations upon a time, they were doing well, now they don't even exist........You all can imagine......."what went wrong and who is held responsibile:

Dear Mr. Paerlin2010
If your boss(should the owner) can listen to your suggestions then, you will succeed in your mission else, don't worry too much....

With profound regards
