Is there any law which restrict on calculation of exgartia of the ex-employee. Generally it is heard that once the employee has resigned from an organisation, than employer is not bound to pay any ex-gartia to it's previous employee. Please advise me.

Its a time consuming process but once prepared,,it will help a lot in future. u can say u will come knw which level of org perform what kind of work,,which task is on priority basis & which vacant position company cant bear.
