Hi
Before Implementing any system, Policy, SOP etc as HR we will get negative from Employees.
Have a meeting with all the employees along with your Boss & MD and explain them the Importance of the Polocies and how they are going to benefited from that.
The person who follows these polocies and procedures of a Company and who respects the policies will have a great career even if he switch to another company.
Apart from Hard work, Job knowledge, Competent etc the person should be equipped with all the rules and regulations if he wants to grow professionally.

Dear Suneel,
Ours is an E-commerce company and the employees are from different backgrounds of course they are well qualified. They are also showing interest for the recreational activities. Our boss is the CEO only he takes care of the management and the Technical part also.
The resistance is for the formal dress code.
Hi karthik,
Thanks for the valuable suggestions and I'll follow that.
