Hi Neha,
Stick with the current job.
I think first you have to find out reasons of dissatiafaction. and then see out of them how many reasons are in your control and solve it and how many of them are because of your profile ,responsibilities or working enviornment etc which will be solved out with negosiation and positive confrontationwith team membeers or your boss.
its take a time to adjust in new place.wait for some time and then take decision.

Hi Neha,
I think you should just stay and suck it up. I know it's different , but that's how most REAL jobs are. You need to stay and gain experience for at least a year...then you can maybe look for something a little better. You should be proud of yourself and feel good about having a"real" job. Work hard and you will see how far you will get.Good luck!

Dear Neha,
First of all, you have not explained what you felt was not professional.
Each and every Industry differs in the way it functions. Sometimes it will be so systematic and documented procedures will be followed (like IT/ ITES), sometimes - no systems would exist at all.
This would be because of the nature of the industry, the way the business is, or it may be just the type of people working there are not caring enough to hold their professional manners. Nothing in life / profession comes in the way we prefer - perfectly fitting our ideas.
Rather then worrying, I'd suggest you to see what best can be done from your end, to work better even under such circumstances. It is not adjusting.. but it is creatign a new skills and improving your competencies. You will have a lot to learn. Until now, you had people to teach you and share their knowledge and also inspire you. From now on - you will have to search it for yourself. Its a part of learning.
Take care!...dont quit... use this learning as a lesson for the next bigger task in life/ career

HYE NEHA,
THIS WOULD BE BETTER FOR U, AS FAR AS I THINK, THAT RETAINING YOURSELF WITH AVIATION INDUSTRY IS BETTER UNTIL AND UNLESS U GET NEW JOB, BECAUSE DOING SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN DOING NOTHING, AND IT IS SAID THAT SOMETHING GOOD IS ASSOCIATED WITH SOMETHING WHATEVER GOD DO.
SO KEEP YOUR SELF ATTACHED WITH EXISTING JOB.
WISH YOU ALL THE BEST

Hi,
You didnt specify, what is the real problem, you are facing.
Leaving the current job is not the solution, fix the problem.
Take everything as a challenge.Opportunity which we get while working in different companies, industries, environment teaches us survival skills.
Even if you change this company, who knows, what would be in store for you in your next company.Be positive and patient.Changing jobs would affect your resume.
Give yourself some time, before taking any decision.

Dear Neha,
I vil suggest that dnt leave the current job unless u hv sm gud opportunity in ur hand.It may spoil ur job stability in ur cv.Though u r nt satisfied with ur job this experience vil be very useful in ur future career. try to cope up with the situation & wait for the better opportunity
