Hi, I have to prepare a leave policy for my organization. Apart from Indian holidays how many days of leave can be given to employees and under which category. Please share your views. Thanks Rohini

I am working in a small company where we are 20 employees right now. As a leave policy we have give CL (6) and PL (12) leave to employees as we are 5 days working company. All leaves will be calculated on pro-rata basis.
Here CL will start from date of joining itself and PL after the confirmation i.e. 3 months. My question is if someone is taking sick leave then can they apply for CL as we don't have clause for "SL".
