However, I would like to know what things should be kept in mind while making a dress code policy , as there are now different types of patterns in Jeans and sleevless clothes. The policy should not become too rigid nor should it be more liberal.

This is Yogita Gupta. I am currently working in a IT software company in Indore (M.P.) as a HR Manager. We have 60+ strength of employees. I just want to apply a dressing sense in our company for all members it should be easy and comfortable for all (Men+Women). Could anyone please suggest me a good attire for software company as soon as possible. I need it urgent.
