mean while you must have pursue your MBA course. there is a very basic point you must understand as HR, in MNC,s MBA is must for, at least applying for a job.you might get in Mnc company but,again your may not consider,so don't just throw your experience in vain by joining MNC.better you con... ,,mean while doing EX-MBA,,in distance.
