Hi ramanath
U R absolutely rite.
PT belongs to state govt. So all the rules & regulations varies from state to state.
In each state separate registration required as well as accordingly payment has to be done.
If there are multiple branches in same state we can pay in single location. But for all branches separate registration is must.
I hope u r clear

Hai,
I joined in a school as a teacher in english last year. They have been deducting P.F. from my salary regularly. Till now they have not taken my family details or the details of the nominees. The Form 23 given by the end of the financial year was also not given to me. How can I make my employer enrol me in the EPF Scheme. What forms are required? They said some form [I think Form 5] is not available to enrol me. Of course the truth is understood. Please guide me in this regard.
Advance thanks in this regard.....
Kindly do me this favour at the earliest.

Hi Vamsi,
Before the contribution of PF you were supposed to be enrolled to PF. With out that nobody should deduct PF from your salary. Form 5 is nothing but informing the PF department of so and so candidate is joining to pf contribution. Once they deduct PF then they must give your details in Form 5. You ask them the PF number of yours.
