Hello,
I have one of my offices registered under the S&E Act. This Office is based out of Chandigarh, there is another office at Gurgaon which also needs to be registered.
One as the Registered Office and the other as the Branch Office. Is there anyway i could include these changes in the existing registration?
As I see the site is blocking me from doing a separate registration for the Gurgaon address (indicating Shop name already registered).

Dear All,
1) I have a query regarding Haryana Shop and Establishment Act 1958, is this act is applicable on construction industry (as a contractor) because as per Act nothing is mentioned that this is applicable on temporary site office.
2) Is any prescribe format to fill attendance register as per BOCW/CLA/SHOP & Establishment Act/Factory Act.
My question is why we are putting :
In Attendance sheet
P-Present
A-Absent
H-Half-day
L-Leave
N-Null (No Status)
E-Expired (Accident during working hours)
M-Month
T-Terminated
There are few more short forms
CL-Casual Leave
EL-Earned Leave
R-Resigned / Left
OL- Optional Leave
PL-Privilege Leave
SL-Sick Leave
