Dear Nisha,
first identify which department's training you are talking about for training. then do a need analysis for training. weak points for further improvement, new challenges team has to cope-up with.
also identify levels in your need analysis. then decide on which level, what training will be required.

Hi there,
Trainings are based on Job need,Organizational need and Personal need.So try to figure out the need first and then go for the need identification, training calender etc..

Hi Nisha,
Here If you have a need to do training, it is important to recognize your organizational needs. Please conduct a TNA with in your organization and decide on what areas do ur people need training. If you have a training personnel or a training department, they need to develop a training curriculum and schedule it. Once you have identified the areas where training is required, explore your internal resources for people who are interested and experts in the areas where the training is required. If you donot have and are unable to build the competencies required to train your people on any aspects, then you can go for an expert consultant who specialises in your required field.
All the best.
Vijay
