I am working with one dealer of two wheeler. I wanted to know that what is difference between Admin and HR? Please make me clear by giving the job description of both. What is the role of admin and HR in dealership?

Hi devansh,
I am not an expert; however, I would say that in a layman's language, Admin concerns taking care of the 'hardware' side of business whereas HR concerns taking care of the 'human' side of business.
Admin guy would be concerned with taking care of things like furniture, logistics, sanitary, stationary etc; whereas Hr guy would be into things like payroll, attendance, MIS reports, Recruitments, appraisals etc.
In very small organizations you may find the role clubbed together; however, by and large, these are 2 separtae departments.
