Dear Vidya
What was your training topic.?
Effectiveness of training will depend on various factors which you can find out from the feed back form.
There are few points like
Reaction to training
Knowledge acquired
Skill improvement
Attitude Shift
Behavior change
Organizational Results
ROI
You will have to monitor the participants / client post training

Hello Vidya. You can evaluate the effectiveness of a training program at one or more levels. The most popular method of evaluating the effectiveness of training is Donald Kirkpatrick’s four level evaluation model:
Level 1 - Reaction
How did participants react to the program?
Level 2 - Learning
To what extent did participants improve knowledge and skills and change attitudes as a result of the training?
Level 3 - Behavior
To what extent did participants change their behavior back in the workplace as a result of the training?
Level 4 – Results
What organizational benefits resulted from the training?
