I am working as HR-Executive in a Software Firm; here we are planning an event called “FUN FRIDAY” once a month. As discuss with management we need to arrange the games were group of 10 members can be involved. The games can be on any type e.g Leadership, Team Building etc.
So members need your help on the same.

Hi Samrodha,
You can conduct simple game - e.g.
a. Make 2 teams containing not more than 5 members in each (teams n team members can vary)
b. Give one common theme for both the teams to draw a sketch
c. Ask them to draw a picture based on that theme, but every team member must contribute to the picture.
d. Leader of the team should be able to elaborate n connect the picture with the given theme.
This will help to breed creativity along with team spirit while achieving goals.
