Hi
THIS is SUSHMA working as an HR executive in an US based Company. earlier i was told that i'll be performing core HR activities in this US based Compnay. I want to excell my self as much as possible. cause i believe in learning and shaping up my career. Recruitment is a part of HR. I understand with out man power none of the organisation can perform to words achieving their main goal. however i'm interested in all HR activities cause having a vigil over all of them in a systematic manner could give me good exposure to what ever i have learned.
Recruitment is a cyclic process & it never changes I'm preety sure u all agree with this. As a fresher what kind of opportuniites do i look for in order to excel myself in various Core HR Activities.
I'm very much interested in CORE HR ACTIVITIES.
Could u please guide me towards the right path.

Hi every one

This is for all juniors who are desperate to get into HR.Basically all above mentioned comes under personnel department which is entirely different from HR.Before globalization all these activities were carried out by personnel dept.

HR is a course is a course which is designed for acheiving unique objectives of the organization which is the ultimate result of various innovative stratagies.Stratagies like employee retention, Planning and Implementing stratagies/Polocies based on industry and organizational requirements and needs, which only qualified HR can do it.

Unfortunately or fortunately every year approximately 60000 MBAs are passingout from AP every year through different modes like flexible education, part time, full time, correspondence etc. through different universities.

Can you imagine how many HRs are literally suffering for JOB.Few HR graduates are working as official clerks which many of us feel core HR.Updating the files, registers, returns, filings etc even a normal graduate can do.Being in HR

we have to think unique and we have to do unique.based on the requirements we have to research, analyze and develop and implement the polocies, Planning, Organizing, Controlling etc based on the requirement.

YOU HAVE TO DO BASIC RESEARCH ON EXACTLY WHAT IS HR? educate and guide your juniors.ask them to fight with management to introduce case base methodology of education., Industrial visits, guest lectures, placement etc.at learning stage itself you should know what is what?

The core HR which you are all feeling is only 25% and remaining 75% constitutes many things which comes from experience, logical and innovative thinking.

Dear all your suggestions on this please

Chills 'N' Cheers
