I am working on an assignment about the labour laws that would be applicable to a 3 Star Hotel in Chennai. I have visited the labour department of Tamil Nadu WebSite and have got a list of all the laws that fall under the purview of the department. I also have a basic knowledge of all the major labour laws.
I need your advice on how to validate the information I have and also some sort of action plan about how I could go ahead and implement these/ Which are the other government bodies I should refer to etc. Some inputs from people in the industry would be extremely useful in terms of the pitfalls ahead and points to remember.
Please do help... This is quite urgent
