Hey all, I need support on these; suppose an employee has resigned from his current position where his notice period is of 45 days, but due to medical issues, he wants to serve only 30 days of notice, whereas his manager is forcing him to complete entire 45 days but he has all medical documents and submitted the same to HR as well on his resignation mail. What to do in these conditions? The employee is also ready for recovery. Is the manager right to do this?
