Hello, During my initial times, I kept 4 years of fake experience, and I'm 42 years. Now, I have 10+ years of experience working with the same company.
Now I'm looking to move to a new organisation. Is it my old 4 years of experience, which I kept, and would be considered for Background if I continue to keep this as experience? In between 10 yeras i have changed three organisations.. Is there a chance that I can say that my previous company closed (4years ago)?

Pls assist me.

Thanks,
Vicky

Is there a reason you want to still retain that 4 year fakeness with freshness in your profile? Removing it from the profile can allow you still to comfortably breathe as a 6 year experience person.

Simply put, you will never be able to live comfortably with a lie as the fear of it being revealed will be a constant unease.
Drop the fake experience and keep your mind at rest and your career prospect active.

As suggested by members do not include the fake 4 years experience . It may come back to haunt you in future Col.Suresh Rathi

Truth prevails in the long run. In interviews they mostly see in what way you would fit into their requirement. A call is given based on your current position along with the responsibilities held.
By an outside chance if you are applying based on what you learnt in the initial years - referred by you as fake- then it can spell a trouble.
For what it is worth, get a good idea of what you have referred as the fake experience.
