Dear Sir, I worked in the banking industry. However, I left the bank suddenly because of mental pressure & harassment, and abusive language they have say me in front of customers, staff. I didn't serve notice. Thereafter they have mailed me to the recovery of a notice period of 3 months they have asked me to settle of within 5 days and not paying they have said the company have to take a legal action take all possible action against you and including interest of the company.
Please guide me on what steps I should take next- I am afraid seeing the letter.
