Dear Sir/Madam, At the time of joining, I signed a bond for 03 years, but for my post, there is no training. However, the bond clearly states that we are giving training, and when you breach the bond, you need to pay 01 year gross. Unfortunately, due to heavy stress and my health not being supported, I resigned from the job. My G.M. accepted my resignation, but the HR GM is not accepting my resignation. How can I approach this?
