Hello, I have been working at an MNC for the last 3 years, but last year, another company deposited 2 months' of PF in my EPF account. My first company took action against me and demanded all documents like salary slips, 26AS, etc. However, all the documents proved that I am not engaged in dual employment. The other company used my Aadhaar card without my permission. I have raised a grievance on the CPGRAM Portal regarding this issue. And 2nd company is not an MNC. This is labour provided company.
So, my question is: Can I get a new job at another company?
