anybody has idea that when employees has more ncp days in EPf contribution then EPFO deduct the amount in pension fund during the time of settlement 10c. What is factor ratio for ncp calculation. Why epfo deducting the amt in pension fund during settlement.
Employee joining date 01.04.2015
DOL 30.04.2024
NCP-350 days
employee pension fund in passbook 71805/-
But when applied for 10c then 63294/-
what is that rule if somebody has exposure over this then please let me know.
when we contact to dealing asst epfo then he concluded that due to more ncp days , epfo deduct the amt according to factor ratio
because plenty of deduction are being made from epfo during settlement these days.
