Salary fitment whether Aluminum Fabrication or any other organization, the basic principle is same.
First of all the existing remuneration package has to be revisited and to be decided by the management regarding the review of the existing package considering capacity to pay, market trend, competitors status etc.

Once it is decided, then in most of the organization there is a pay scale for each grade. If the Pay scale has been changed, then based on the structure of new pay scale all employees have to fitted in new pay scale. It can be done by several methods.

Suppose in old structure at grade 2 there is a pay structure - 1000 - 500 - 3500 - 600 - 6500 - 700 - 10,000 - 800 - 14,000. In new pay structure for same grade it is 1500- 600 - 4500 - 700 - 8000 - 800 - 9000 - 900 - 13500 - 1000 - 18500. The existing pay in old pay structure in grade 2 is 6500/- per month. After fitment in new pay structure it will be 6600/- per month and so on.
