Hello, I am working in factory ABC and my monthly salary is below 21000 but last year due to a shortage of men I had to work overtime for more than 50hrs in a month so my company gave me that salary as a production incentive and they gave it around 4 months so by adding that my salary goes above 21000. After that, it comes below 21000 but now I want to take ESI benefit as my company pays ESI in gross salary but ESI says you are eligible for ESI. And the payment made by the company is automatic and wrong. Now will I be able to take ESI benefits or I have to wait for 6 months? As of now, I am suffering from a critical illness. What I have to do now?
