Hi, We wanted to have policy to help needy employees on critical situations like hospitalisation of parents, loss on natural calamities etc., through a contributory scheme ( regular nominal contribution from employees and equally from employer and the fund donated to needy employee is non returnable). Some one has the similar policy please share.
