What are the fundamental differences between ID act, Factory Act, Industrial Employment (SO) Act, and CLRA? Please guide.

They all are fundamentally different as their title itself indicates. To know more you need to go through them, their condensed narratives.

To my opinion the labor acts can be broadly classified in to two categories - Controlling and Social security. The name of the acts mentioned are all controlling act - Working hours, leave, OT, Disputes, Misconducts etc. etc.

So far as social security acts are concerned - PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Payment of Wages, Minimum Wages etc. etc.
