I joined an IT firm in Nov 15 and got a new job and on 2nd Jan I just informed that I'm quitting the job and joined the new job by 17th Jan now my old employer is asking me to serve notice period but I didn't sign any documents except accepting the offer I got 1st half month salary. Is there any chance of getting into trouble, please inform.
