Hi All,
I left the company after working for 4 months.
The HR of that company is saying that I can't settle the PF as I worked less than 6months in the company.
Is there any such restriction to settle the PF.
I left the company 3 months back, the two months restriction period for EPF withdrawl is over.

The EPF deducted from the employee is withdrawable in full. Regarding the Provident Fund Contribution of the employer it is deposited in 2 a/c namely Pension Fund (@8.33%) and EPF (3.67%) The Employers contribution is withdrawable without any restriction. The Pension Fund contribution can be withdrawn only after completion of 6onths of service.
