Soliciting Suggestions / Methods to resolve it.....
An employee joined on 2013......by that time his Salary was higher to exempt and he requested to rid PF - done.
Now the same employee @ 2021 requesting to join @ PF.............
Please suggest measures/methods to in @ PF!!!
Is there any precedence !?
