Dear All, I will be joining a Textile factory as an HR Administrator. There no proper HR practiced and I have been assigned this task of introducing. I'm studying the workflow of this industry, their existing staff has been working with them for years (experts in their field). I would like to have some inputs from the experts on this. Need inputs on how and where to start.
