Reporting Manager is not supportive. I am working in such kind of an organization where my reporting manager has been appointed on the basis of her good or can say family terms with the company owners. I am working as a senior officer HR and handling all the HR-related activities in the organization. Every department head wants to coordinate with me only for any HR-related issues. Now she has started dominating me in every aspect whether it is personal or professional. My major concern is that the Management is also in favor of her. And she had taken full advantage of being a female to get promoted as AGM-HR. But she is not having any knowledge of her work. Please suggest if i should quit my job or anything else can be done.
