Hi, Need help regarding resignation in probation without serving full notice period.
I have resigned from my company after 45 days of joining. I am a permanent employee and currently in a probation period which is 6 months duration. As per the company offer letter signed, the termination notice is 3 months for either party. The company may elect to make payment of basic salary in lieu thereof. I am able to serve only 1 week's notice. So are there any chances of legal action if I didn't serve the notice period. Please help me.
