Dear All, I am working with a construction company( New Join), in our company calculating the attendance for the period of 24th to 23rd every month. But I do have one question,
1) for the May attendance we calculated from Sep 24 to Oct 23 i.e 30 days
2) for the month of June, we calculated from Oct 24 to Nov 23 i.e 31 days.
If we will issue a payslip to any employee how many days I can mention for the month of November
If he attended total month no issues in the salary breakup, example if he was absent 3 days and I was paid the salary for 28 days as per above days calculation,
The problem is the payslip I have to mention 30 days for the month of November as per month but I was paid the salary as per 31 days (calculation may differ if he will submit the payslip to any other company )
