I need help regarding ESIC, I've EXITED four of my employees they left the organization in the month of July and I EXIT them in the same month but did not pay their contribution for the month of July. What can I do?

What I understood is IP has left in July but he worked some days in July. Since he left in July, you removed him from the portal by showing him left by giving date of leaving in July and now you are unable to pay his contribution for July.
In ESI portal, unlike PF when IP leaves then you have to show him as left in next month.
Now remedy suggested. Show the IP joined again in July. Pay the contribution and in next month show him left on 1st day.

Thank you Akhil for your suggestion, but I have one more concern to your suggestion, the ESIC portal will not allow me to add those employees in the month of July because we need to add employees within 10 days of the joining date. How can I add them back to my organization as 10 days have passed?
