Hello members, Recently in June company has announced cut off in employee salary as per different slab for four month assuming that company will start operating normally during four month. Now again lock down has announced in chennai from 19th June to 30th June. In this case how to process salary or apply cut off in salary slab because while announcing cut off slab company has assumed that no further lockdown will be announced but unfortunately lockdown has announced
Kindly share your views or suggestions on matter whether we should apply cut off as announced or any other option we can explore.
