Dear Friend, There is no other formula to calculate maternity leave, which employee proceeding for maternity leave pay her existing full salary with statutory deductions.

Please add one time statutory maternity bonus of Rs 3500/- to the woman employee concerned, provided there is no Medical Check Up facility at your establishment. This is mandatory vide Amendment dated 19/12/2011 to Original Gazette Notification S.O. 2016(E) Dated 11/08/2019 from the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
