Whether a person working as probationer for 5 years can be relieved for not being able to provide a suitable job as per is previous appointment by the management when a dispute is pending before the Hon'ble court?

No employee can be kept as a probationar for a continuous period of five years.
Second, just because the employer is unable to provide him a suitable job for him, he cannot simply send him out.
The relevance of the pending dispute to this issue depends upon the nature of the dispute.
