I worked for an MNC company for 1 year. After 1year, I had to leave the company abruptly without going into their exit process due to my ill health. After 2months, as per their rule, I had to pay Rs50000 to them for breach of service agreement. They sent me the service letter, PF and FFS letter, but they did not send me the relieving letter. I tried to contact my previous HR regarding this but he already left the company. Whom should I contact as it is very important for me to get the relieving letter as my new employer demands it for my job?
