Recently my group discussed about HR future and recently we found that many persons working as a HR in different sectors without HR degree. Here it's a question about what is the benefit of MBA HR? One side other persons from different educational background getting the same package in the HR field then what's the benefits of doing MBA HR ? Even other qualification background getting good scope eg. B.Tech person doing HR job and in this case due to IT technical knowledge with HR job they are easily get the opportunities in MNC and good companies.
In such scenarios what others certifications or skills MBA HR can add in their careers? or what other options they have because in small to mid-size companies only one or two HR working as a HR generalist. Sometimes it's feel that no more scope in the HR in comparison to IT field.
Seniors pl guide us what is the fact?
