Dear Experts, I want to hire employees for the upcoming projects. I don't want to take risk in between of the project in term of recruitment for the next 2 year.

You can do bond agreement with the employee for the two years or till completion of the project. IF you don't want to do Bond then you can keep some retention amount monthly and after completion of one year employee will get retention amount.

But sir do we have any specific format of Bond agreement so that we can make it reasonable to as per the legal requirements. Because we want to run the project without any disturbance keeping both the parties reasonable responsibilities. I don't want to prepare a bond paper for the employees to make them slaves.
That must have reasonable terms and conditions.
Please provide me that format so that we can comply the compliance as well as the welfare to make the better employment in my company.

Hi,
No one like bonding system now a days and you cannot bind themselves. As I said Retention Amount you can put in your clause it will be beneficial for both your costing loss will not suffer and the same time candidate will complete their project for rest amount.
Always keep your alternative options open. Will not suggest for any bond system.
