Hello Friends,
I am an UI Developer totally having experience of 6.3 years ( 1.6 yrs + 6 months + 1.3 yrs + 3 yrs current). I am facing advice from my seniors that this count is not a good sign in my career as I have just 6+ years experience in 4 companies. I am not in an intention to switch company immediately. But the time when I switch, I am planning to cut out my second company experience ( 6 months) to get reduced at least one company count so that after 1 year the situation of my experience may look somewhat good like 6.6 yrs of experience in 3 companies. However I am scared of this hiding act because I had registered in NSR and still I am a part of NASSCOM.
I am thinking the 6 months is not a much powerful experience when compared to 1 company count.
Now, I have 2 questions.
1) When I joined my 3rd company, as per their rule I got registered with NSR about my first 2 companies (1.6 + 0.6). Now if I hide/remove this 6 months from my next employer, Will it create any problem since I registered with NASSCOM?
2) Requesting my dear elders' advise on my view of decreasing company count.
Many Thanks in advance.

Leave your experience as it is. Making changes leaves a trial and could cause problems at subsequent stage. Make a decent coherent justification for changing a job in 6 months and stick to that.
