Hi,
I am thinking of revamping the salary structure for our BPO employees. How can I design the incentive plan for them? I am thinking of including the attendance allowance, some performance linked bonus, what else can I include to make it more lucrative for the BPO employees keeping in mind that they only look for hard cash??
Can u design one for me? i just want to get one idea, how can plan the entire salary package for an employee who is payed rs10,000 P.M.?

Hi Ayona,
Even m working out on incentive plans for our agents. Though their salaries range from 5k to 10k. We have planned to consider the following 3 parameters: Sales, Quality & Attendance (per month). This might b of some help to you.
Should there b any other parameter to be included in the same. I request the seniors to help me & Ayona in framing an incentive plan especially during this recession period.
