I am working in a firm which is so called MNC. Their policies are inappropriate to employee laws. following are
1. You hereby agree to this company for a period of 24 months. In an event of your leaving services prior to this committed period, you hereby agree to reimburse this company all the expenses invested on you from the date of your employment.
2. To ensure business continuity this company has the policy of accepting up-to maximum of 5% of the employees strength as resignations during that month. In an event of your submitting resignation letter if in that month exceed the above quantity you hereby agree that your resignation will be postponed on subsequent month with priority and other terms will follow from there.
3.You will be required to give 90 days advance notice.Based on the criticality of the project your resignation may be delayed till suitable replacement is found and trained to professional level of handling independently the works carried out by you to ensure business continuity.
And also completed our full service company not relieving the people at the right time. what necessary action can take from employee side if we are forced to continue our service after our service period. If the company not get a right person for replacement, what will be the employee future once he given commitment to other company? Please give a right solution here.

Point1
It is akin to a bond without terming it as a bond.
Are you being given any special training by MNC?
Point 2
Restriction on number of employees resigning is not in order?
Yes company can try to restrict exits by appropriate policies but cannot lay down quantitative numbers.
Point 3,
The laws of the land for firms under Shops and Establishment Acts of states is generally one month.
The terms of this MNC are stringent and not exactly in consanance with laws as laid down.
Legal battles may ensue if some one wishes to exit and MNC is at advantage because employee fights with own money and has limitations as he may to join some other firm at short notice.
There is no real solution other than legal battles.
