Hi, I am working in a NBFC MFI as Assistant Manager HR. I want to know about the leave policy of a NBFC MFI, how many days CL/EL/Sick/Privilege leave should be provided to an employee in a calendar year. Kindly help me in preparing the leave policy for my company.

Please give expansion for NBFC MFI ?. If you registered under Factories Act or Shop and Establishment Act , you may refer to the relevant Act for leave eligibility details.

you seem to be inquiring about the leaves entitles to an NBFC in the state of Assam. NBFC are covered under shops and establishment act and as per Assam Shop and establishment act, every employee is entitled to 16 EL, 6 CL and 6 SL post completion of 12 months of continuous service in an establishment.
