We are taking the services of the contract employees through contractor as the peon, canteen labours, security staff. Is the Principal Employer is liable to pay bonus to these contract labours as per the Bonus Act.
Any government order or court judgement may please be provided.

Bonus need to paid to all the employees whether they are direct or contract employees if they are eligible. Contractor will pay the bonus to their employees and same they will charge from Principal employer. It is principal employer duty to check whether Bonus has paid or not.
