The employee was terminated verbally and was keep out of employment. The employer took a plea that the employee has left the employment voluntarily and refused to pay compensation for the long service he rendered.
Does the employer's action amount to illegal termination? Please furnish some good judgments in support of this.

Termination of service or exit of an employee has to follow laid down terms as per appointment order.
